Apple hires Nokia expert to make its iPhone camera better

With nokia now in a state of transition Apple has jumped on the opportunity to grab some of Nokia's employees including a PureView camera expert

Nokia PureView expert Ari Partinen is moving to Apple where presumably the imaging guru will start working to make the iPhone's camera as good as those found on the Lumia range.

Listed as 'Lumia Photography Lead', Partinen is just one of a larger team that has been working on the PureView cameras that can be found in Nokia's Lumia range of Windows Phone devices.

Widely regarded by the industry as some of the best cameras available for smartphone, PureView technology can be found in everything from the experimental Nokia 808 PureView with its 41MP sensor to the latest Lumia 930.
